Precise Janitorial

This program offers long-term competitive community placement in a variety of settings ranging from large buildings in the community to road-side rests throughout North Central Ohio.

Community Based Work Adjustment

Training at various work sites in the community is provided with supervision by staff versed in behavior management techniques and adapting work sites for the individual and is developing on the job training experiences.

Job Seeking Skills and Job Placement

Develop skill and confidence in self-directed job search, placement assistance, support services are provided to individuals who are ready for competitive employment in business and industry. We offer resume development skills and job interview skills.

Transitional Employment

Paid work through Progress Industries utilizing work skills found in business and industry to help prepare individuals gain the ability to advance to other work opportunities.

Work Center

A Work Center, where individuals with disabilities can work on a short or long term basis, is available for evaluation, work adjustment and sheltered workshop services.

Vocational Evaluation

Individually tailored assessment of employment potential which results in assisting persons with vocational barriers in formulating and setting goals in career, personal and developmental areas.

Facility-Based Work Adjustment

Vocational counseling, improved work behaviors, increased work stamina and habits, and paid wages are highlighted. Placement in unsupported competitive employment is the ultimate goal.

Job Coaching

One on one assistance at the work site to assist in learning specific job related tasks, to benefit the employee and employer.

Screen Printing

A special training business within Progress Industries that trains individuals in all aspects of Screen Printing and graphic arts based on interests and abilities. We have several catalogs of team apparel,uniforms and promotional items for your school or business.

Embroidery Services

Progress Industries also has Embroidery Services available. For minimal pricing we can digitize any of your own creative designs or your company logo. We have name drops, over 30,000 stock designs and up to 12-color capacity. We have a 280 page catalog from which to choose wearing apparel,school apparel, stadium blankets, hats, headbands as well as totes, umbrellas, towels, and many other promotional items.
